Welcome to Our Website

 The Oklahoma State Association of Pathologists (OSAP) was founded in 1955 to further the practice   and education in Pathology throughout the state of Oklahoma.  OSAP is dedicated to providing the latest scientific methods in defining and diagnosing the essential nature, causes, and development of diseases and other abnormal conditions afflicting humans of all ages.

Please join your colleagues at the Annual Scientific Meeting. This years meeting will be held May, 19th 2012 at the Oklahoma City Zoo. We welcome two renowed lecturers, Dr. Philip Cagle and Dr. Cindy McCloskey. Hear presentations on new classification of lung cancer carcinoma. Discuss new challenges in diagnosis for surgical pathologists and utilizing appropriate biomarkers in lung cancer for targeted therapy.  Additional topics to be discussed include, selecting appropriate test for diagnosis of HIV, the use of molecular testing for HCV and new testing protocols for HPV.
